This notice explains how we process personal data for the waitlist under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK, the GDPR.

• If you join: your email address, the option you are interested in (Dawn or Dawn + Air), your answer to the price question, the page language, the product image you were shown, the page you signed up on, and when you acknowledged this notice and, if given, your email consent. If you came through a campaign link, its campaign tags (such as "instagram", "launch") are stored with your sign-up; they identify the channel, not you.
• When you open the page: daily counters without identifiers (how often each image was shown, per language, and how often the page was opened from each campaign link). We do not store your IP address or device details in our database.
• Our hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operation.

• To measure interest, price expectations, and which of two product images and which channel draws more interest, and to avoid counting anyone twice. We use the results only as aggregate numbers. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
• If you opted in, to email you when launch and pre-orders open. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1) and Law No. 6563). If you did not opt in, we will not email you.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

The page and database run on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure; the data is stored in data centres in the European Union. Transfers use the safeguards required by KVKK Art. 9 and, for EU/EEA data, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If we start using an email service provider, we will update this notice.

We keep waitlist records for at most 12 months after the product goes on sale, then delete them. We delete them earlier whenever you ask. Counters without identifiers may be kept indefinitely.

We use one cookie: pd_ab. For 180 days it remembers which product image you were shown, so you see the same one on every visit. It contains no identifier and is not used for advertising; you can delete it in your browser.

Your theme choice (day, dark, night) stays in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

Fonts and images come from our own servers; the page loads no advertising or cross-site tracking tools. Our hosting provider Cloudflare adds two scripts: Web Analytics, which collects aggregate visit statistics (page views, country, page speed) without cookies and without identifying you, and a check script for bot protection.

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, its correction or deletion, and you can object to or ask us to restrict its processing. Write to iletisim@puridawn.com; we reply within 30 days.

You can withdraw email consent at any time; every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye, the data protection authority of your EU/EEA country, or the ICO in the UK.
